I have put together a guide to installing and using LDGLite on Linux:

I have only tested it on two different systems, so I would appreciate feedback
on whether it works on other peoples systems and on how easy the guide is to
understand.

It's very nice, but I have a couple of comments:

- On my RH 6.1 system, wget is not installed (maybe a link to the wget
page would be good).

Actually wget is NOT a good idea.  That sort of thing is what got me
kicked off of geocities for a while and forced me to move the page to
the sourceforge site.  Unfortunately I can no longer seem to update
my page at the sourceforge due to some problem with SCP.  (I'm not giving
up completely since CVS still works there)

The point is you should probably visit the page and let the annoying
geocities popup ad show up, then grab the zip file from there.  Otherwise
I'll end up with no place to put the stuff again.  Once I fix the problem
with the sourceforge page wget should be ok to get the files from there.
