Yeah, probably just a comment-line.  Something like "Neck-marks also found
in color X for torso-color Y".  Not a big deal either way.

Does this actually exist - a plain torso with a neck mark? Can anyone confirm?
A brief look through my spares had not revealed such an example.

Hmm.  I thought I'd seen minifigs like this.  I could be wrong.  I'll check
my spares tonight.

I always thought the neck mark was a photo-detectable devise to ensure that the
arms were inserted correctly - on a plain torso this does not matter.
