I would like to export the DAT into other CAD/3D software.
I'm specially interested in Corel Draw or TruSpace, but AutoCAD and 3D
Studio also may do.
Is there any tools that can export this?
I've found a DAT 2 POV converter, but that format is unknown.

Check out question #10 in the LDraw FAQ.  The FAQ is at
<http://fys.ku.dk/%7Esparre/LEGO/V%E6rkt%F8j/LDraw-FAQ.html>.  Paulo
Caparica Jr. has made a DAT-to-DXF converter.

Sorry, I'm a newbie in this LDraw stuff...

What if later I want to convert it back to LDraw format?
I mean, my model is in fact a new piece - the 8482 LEGO TECHNIC
CyberMaster PBrick - and I want to use some CAD to make it look a bit
better.
It was build from standard LEGO and TECHNIC parts and it is already
similar to the real one.
After that it want to convert it again to LDraw or it will have no use
at all.

It is always wise to make a backup of the your original files.
1. In the case of the Paulo's DAT to DXF converter, I don't think that
the original file is altered.
2. Inlining with LDAO _does_ alter the original file, but the altered
file is LDraw compatible. Back up anyway.
3. Using MPD, you manually join all the files together.  And MPD can
be used to automatically split them back apart into files.
4. L3P does not alter the original dat file.

I think That's not the point If I'm not wrong, he simply ask for converting
a dat file to a certain 3D CAD format, playing with a little bit (i.e.
enhancing it) then converting back to the DAT format. As far as I know, it
is not possible to finde that sort back conversion software for now.
