This caught me by surprise as well.  Is this UPPERCASE thing written down
anywhere besides this thread?  A quick search of the ldraw FAQ and
ldlite16.html turns up no occurances of the word "uppercase".  If this is
an unwritten rule then perhaps it should be added to the FAQ.

Meanwhile I'll have to fix ldglite.
