Hi, I made a simple Python script, which you can download here: (URL) takes an LDraw model file as input and outputs BrickLink XML, which can be pasted into a search here: (URL) might be useful for people who wish to build a mockup/prototype of a (...) I am sorry but I made a little mistake. While I was refactoring I destroyed the calculation of the hinge joint angles. I have fixed this (version 0.2.1): (URL) (15 years ago, 18-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad)

Hey, a new version of our converter is online. He now is capable of generating files for the LD4DStudio, too (first draft): a very rudimentary project file (4pj; if it does not exist) and a package file (4pk) with actors, a monitor, controls etc. (...) (15 years ago, 17-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Hi Kevin, I just realised that there might be a way to do this by exploiting the way LDRAW defines parts. All mirrored parts should be written as a bunch of studs and a subpart which is either mirrored or non-mirrored. By determining which (...) (15 years ago, 13-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad)

(...) The picture you attached is based on triangles from LDRAW, so for whatever reason your LGEO substitution has not happened. If there are any "triangle" statements in your POV-Ray file, you know the LGEO replacement didn't work. I would guess (...) (15 years ago, 8-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

I'll try to answer Michael, Eric and Tore into one single post. But definitively I'm and LDraw nob and this is not running well... @Michael I'm using, 3626bp01.dat part for the minigfig head. LPub 2.3.0.10 POV Ray v3.1 for Windows Into LPub I give (...) (15 years ago, 8-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) You mean like this? (URL) The LDraw part is 3626bp01.dat. If your LGEO substitution is working properly, you should have lg_3626bp01 included in your POV-Ray file. As an example, here is a POV-Ray file which will produce the above image: (...) (15 years ago, 7-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) Please let us have more informations. Part number of the head you are using. LGEO version that you use. I think this are the most important informations. Are you sure you have used LGEO library in generating POV-file? cu mikeheide (15 years ago, 7-Aug-09, to lugnet.cad)
