(...) On further investigation, it is now clear why I did this. All three files are obsolete and not used by any official parts and as primitives/subparts should not be directly referenced in models. (...) You need to put the unofficial parts in a seperate folder, but you can keep them mixed with the official parts as well at the same time. If you do want to keep them separate, you can point LDview to the unofficial folder (as you already (...) (16 years ago, 28-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(I thought I already answered but don't see the message appear...) (...) That's what I do too. But I keep a pure official library in a separate folder. I use this as LDraw library path for MPD wizard while my regular LDraw folder is the unofficial (...) (16 years ago, 27-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) That's what I do too. But I have in another folder an intact official library. When I run MPD Wizard, I use this reference lib as the LDraw library, and my regular LDraw folder as unofficial parts path. Philo (16 years ago, 27-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) I plan on exporting a lot models to other formats, and need the parts to have correct winding. I basically just want to keep track of which parts have been BFC certified, and update and be ready to submit the ones that aren't when the need (...) I would put it in your Majhost gallery (because of the close relationship with Brickshelf I see no reason why it would not be allowed. eg. the TOS is the same...) Mike From the 2008-01 complete library re-release, the !LDRAW_ORG line in the header should uniquely identify the version of the part, as it always includes the parts update number (YYYY-NN or ORIGINAL). Attn. Everyone: I've completed an initial version of this LXF file utility program I've been working on, aka 'BrickHelper'. With this program you can load a creation made in Lego Digital Designer, get an inventory of it's parts, and export a (...) (16 years ago, 18-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad.ldd)
