Does anyone have a spreadsheet or tool that will report statistics regarding
installed parts? It should list information such as certifications, number of
lines, last modification date, etc.

Mike From the 2008-01 complete library re-release, the !LDRAW_ORG line in the header should uniquely identify the version of the part, as it always includes the parts update number (YYYY-NN or ORIGINAL). If you have installed unofficial parts, (...) (16 years ago, 22-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
