Why not make official POV-Ray Lego bricks and skip the whole LDraw to POV-Ray conversion? Use the same names, scale, and coordinates and all you need is a small script to convert the LDraw lines into POV- Ray lines using the same translations. Or (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) More than three years have passed, the only thing that has happened is that the SteerCo and/or the Standard Committee has decided not to allow EmbPOV in the official Parts folder. A vauge discussion on creting yet another folder for Ldraw POV (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Yes, I am very much wanting this too. Creating a female hair using solid objects (how Anton's library works) is a bit daunting. POV-Ray can render meshes, and I have thought of modeling the hair in a real 3d app like modo or Maya and importing (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.cad)

I was looking through some of the articles on ldraw.org and found some to be out of date or to have errors. I'd be happy to help clean this up but I don't know what the process is to get access or to submit changes...? For example (URL) has a long (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Hello, I would like to make some CGI brick films and have run into a problem with finding hair for the female characters. The only parts I know of for female characters are the shoulder-length hair and the hair with pigtails. Has anyone made an (...) (17 years ago, 1-May-07, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Glad that you ordered the GG1! This isn't the first complaint about instructions generation in LDD, unfortunately.
