(...) Hmmm, I don't know. While I think you've probably made the right choice selecting ldview (it's the better renderer), I don't think you're comparing the right stuff in those two pics. The "better" ldview pic doesn't display the halo problem (...) (19 years ago, 9-Jun-05, to lugnet.cad)

(...) The new unpublished LSynth deals with this without any extra information. I use and LDraw file to desribe how to translate/rotate parts to the assumed default position/orientation. (...) Hmm. This does not seem to work either. Here is what I did: 1. Open the LDR file in LPub 2. Uncheck PLIs at the Global tab in the Generate section 3. Generate CSI,PLI and BOM = this does the job: create step images, no PLI 4. Generate Layout = (...) (19 years ago, 9-Jun-05, to lugnet.cad)

Hi, Though I uncheck PLIs at the Global tab in the Generate section and add a line 0 LPUB PAGE PLI NO in my LDraw file, LPub keeps drawing PLI's in the Layout or give an error: Operations cancelled. How do I generate layouts without PLI's? Jaco (19 years ago, 9-Jun-05, to lugnet.cad)
