Re: 6-stud road baseplates with dark grey road pattern parts

As I'm almost in a position to upload these 3 road plates to the parts tracker I have a few questions 1) what are the correct part numbers? 44336p01/44342p01/44341p01 or some other identifier to indicate a patterned part? (There is another variant (...) (20 years ago, 29-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Steering Committee Recommendations (was: Re: Call for Nominations to LDraw.org ...)

(...) snip ... (...) Thanks, Larry, for your support. I agree 100% with your post. I snipped and quoted summary text for easy reading; I also agree with his reasoning which I trimmed, but can be read in his original message. Again, I reiterate: (...)   Re: New Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2004 Collection

(...) A very unique idea, quite interesting! I would suggest splitting the file in half though and then making it a subpart so that the left side mirrors the right. This would have the nice benefit of reducing file size by nearly 50% (20 years ago, 29-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

  Re: PARTS and PARTS/S folder

(...) I just want to confirm that things are how you describe them. Generally, anything that a model builder might want/need to manipulate directly (ie, switch the color, move, use separately, etc) should be in PARTS directory. Likewise, files that (...) (20 years ago, 29-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Lsynth thoughts.  [DAT]

(...) I've only looked at the hoses so far. So I don't even know what the current algorithm for rubber bands looks like, much less how to improve it. (...) True, for my first cut at the fixed length length rubber hoses I calculated the total spline (...) (20 years ago, 28-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

New Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2004 Collection

Dear Ladys, Holly Wood, your favorite fashion designer, proudly presents its new female runway spring/summer collection 2004. (URL) As usual we have put our attention to a clean line, exclusive fabrics, exceptional attention to detail and a subtle (...)   Re: PARTS and PARTS/S folder

(...) This page (URL) intended to answer these questions. But admittedly it does not include information about the part title prefix. I'll add that. Is there another type of file in parts/s that is not covered here? Chris (20 years ago, 28-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

  PARTS and PARTS/S folder

In several reviews of my parts the reviewer suggested that the parts should be in the PARTS/S folder instead of the PARTS folder. It's about the plastic body of lightbricks and the plastic glass part. I've been told that complete plastic or rubber (...) (20 years ago, 28-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Lsynth thoughts.

(...) Yes, then lsynthcp can focus on the synthesis algorithms like spline, and belts. I'd love to have an algorithm for non-planar rubber bands. (...) Don, the splining algorithm gives us *no* control over the distance between the resulting spline (...) (20 years ago, 28-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Lastest version?

(...) 3.0 is the latest. No newer version has been officially released. -Orion (20 years ago, 28-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
