I used QUAD2DAT to create the original file. I'm sure that it is the same program the Thomas used. It's possible that when Chris added the new lines to this release he changed how he wrote the dat out. (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad)

Thanks I got it to work by opening the file in wordpad, selecting all, copying, and pasting into a new doc with the same name. The new file worked fine. Weird, George (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Actually, it took me longer to actually build the set IRL than it did to model in LDraw format. There's a lot of repeatativeness and mirrored parts, LDrawing it went pretty quick (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.models, lugnet.cad.dat.models.sets, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

I'm getting the same results on a submit: Submission results Filename is valid 8.3 format Part number is not used by an existing official part. DEBUG: backup ok Error 1: Invalid linebreak. File must be in DOS format. Syntax check return code: 0 I (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Indeed, this is exactly why I am going to change the functionality of -sc! (...) - then rendering with "l3p -sc complete.ldr" will get you the following: Step 1: all of Pillars.ldr Step 2: all of Pillars.ldr and MainFloor.ldr Step 3: all of (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)
