(...) I like the idea of absolute based on the zoom. So, at 100% zoom, 100 pixels will rotate it x degrees. At 50% zoom, 100 pixels will rotate it by x/2 degrees. Just my idea. I don't know if it would actually be nicer or not. James (22 years ago, 11-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

I've had to create a new torus primitive for the Boba Fett/Jango Fett helmet/jetpack. The radius for the center of the ring is one (of course. they all are, if you follow ldraw format). (...) its really a dull silvery chrome part. like as the new spiderman green goblin set, there are dull chrome parts in it. try 503 pov might not do it as chrome (22 years ago, 11-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

This is a great idea, and something I wish would have been around when I first got started. Very helpful. One slight criticism, however: I can't count the number of times someone has had to ask LUGNETters about their "missing" parts libraries, and (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad)
