  Re: Subfiles - Question

(...) There's still download time, which continues to be an issue for many people. Smaller files = faster download. Fight Software Bloat! (says he, writing on a Win2K system). Steve (23 years ago, 23-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Restrictions on color use in parts and subparts

(...) Huh? It is? Where? I know there's some writeup about dithered colors, but I believe Damien is thinking of the 'extended colors', the color codes between 17 and 26 (excluding 24) that are defined in the LDraw.org color reference. The extended (...) (23 years ago, 23-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Requesting another plug-in for LDDesignPad  [DAT]

(...) Well first of all I don't have either ldglite or LDAO! And I am not sure what you mean by 'scale and then inline,' nor am I sure of the meaning of inline/inliner in this context. I'm off to a real good start! :] I could add 0 SCALE lines to (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: FAQ for Part Reviewers

(...) Maybe. It would be nice to get an initial review of parts as soon as possible after they're submitted. And there are occasionally some (fairly) obvious defects that aren't caught until late in the game. I might have recently posted about the (...)   Restrictions on color use in parts and subparts

Question 27 in Ldraw FAQ gives color codes but not restrictions in use. Where is reference info for color use in parts/subparts? This info should be included in ldraw specification and reviewer materials. Thanks, Damien (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: FAQ for Part Reviewers

Re: Bricks in my Pocket (BimP) now available!

(...) Sean, I agree. MLCAD on the PocketPC would seem to be very easy port. I too would love to take my creations on the go and work with them. Maybe a post in the MLCAD area will prompt some aspiring programmer to make the port. I know for now that (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad)
