Is it possible to have too many sub models? I am working on 6989, and I currently have about 12 sub-models, 1 for each of most of the moving parts. I chose to do this so the model could be shown in different configurations. Its not particularly for (...) (24 years ago, 13-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Okay, I've(my brother had the original idea, but I built it) done this in LEGOs, but until I get a digital camera or a scanner it'll stay LDRAW. i have tried and tried again to make the 8880 super car in leocad and mlcad, and have had no luck when i hit the odd angled pieces that make up most of the body shell and engine. it is way too hard to place these pieces from my experiences, but from (...) Just a small question: Why doesn't the latest version of MLcad support the export of the main model of a MPD file? If the main model of a mpd file is completely made out of included submodels, the exported file remains empty. The former version gave (...) (24 years ago, 12-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
