(...) Great! I see you have discussed the neck-mark in lugnet.cad.dat.parts and come up with a brilliant solution. The neck-mark has always been a PITA to me; it is THE ONLY linetype 1 we have with color 24. POV has no notion of a "reverse" color (...) (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad)

(...) That's an original James Jessiman part. It was updated in LCAD Update 98-06; it was renumbered from 149 to 3962. (...) Which parts can't you measure? I do 90% of my measuring with other bricks, another 9%+ with math. There's usually a way to get within 2LDU of any measurement on a LEGO piece.
