I know nothing about rendering program's cacheing and what effect usage of sub-files have. There has to be a balance, sub-parts (...) (...) 4-4cone1.dat and stu25.dat I don't know for 4-4cone1.dat. For stu25.dat the error comes because you use simplified representation of studs. In this case MLcad replaces studx.dat by stu2x.dat. But the file stu25.dat does not exist. To solve the (...) (24 years ago, 16-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)
