Yes it true .... You'll need: L3P and Povray (L3P is an example there are others as well, but I realy like this one since it's easy to use ...) Make sure they are installed properly then start MLCad. Load your model and select Export from the file (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) Just for kicks I switched back to using LDraw for generating the catalog images (before I got Leo's awesome program!) and it worked almost perfectly. I say almost because the little pieces were most definitely cropped to include only the (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)

I don't know if you have noticed yet, but a recent version of LDLITE supports drawing wider-than-usual type-2 and type-5 lines. Here's an example of an image rendered with this feature: (URL) retrospect, I should have used a feature like this on the (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Well, I just re-generated all the images with no resolution specified. It did run full-screen, but it did not crop the images at all. When I view them in the VEC I have to scroll to even see the little parts like the 1x3 arch. This has (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)

i was about to write and tell you that it dosent work at all but I tried it once more and found the model has to be in the LDRAW model folder. I thought it was supposed to render the model the exact angle it is on the screen but I must be wrong. (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Is anybody using this feature (despite the warnings :-) ? If so, haven't you had problems with the camera setting? A last minute test of the Win32 version of L3P v1.2 revealed a compiler optimizer error (in MS VC++ 5.0), so I had to release a (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I have a similar problem with white space in LDLite. When I use it to make a picture it makes a window that takes up the whole screen with the part in the middle and a lot of white space around it. If I make the window smaller then I see only white (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)
