I finally finished building a globe from my (URL) plans>.   Decorative Lowell Spheres and another snowflake
 
While waiting on my Bricklink order, I built a second snowflake for the tree, this time with no SNOT. Here's a few Christmas ornaments I built this year for our first Christmas tree. (URL) This one is a simple wrapped package, using my modest collection of gold bricks.   "Finding LEGO" : Nemo and Marlin sculptures
 
Hi, everybody! I was recently commissioned to build two sculptures of Marlin and Nemo from Disney's movie "Finding Nemo". Marlin is about 8 inches long, and Nemo is about 6 inches long. However, I discovered I didn't have enough white 2 x 2 corner plates, so I couldn't even finish the back (...) (URL) Plate Lowell Globe>> I followed Mr. Harshbarger's lead and based it on a 48 stud diameter Lowell Sphere. The land masses come from the (URL) (...) (...) Derek is correct, the physical land mass of Antartica is actually almost the same as the USA (5.4 million sq miles vs 5.9 million sq miles). A friend of mine was raving about how good (URL) Poser6> was. So I bought a copy. I have gotten a prototype to export from Poser6 to basic Lego outline.
