I just finished my .NET app that: 1) Converts any size color JPG to the grayscale mosaic palette. 2) Overlays a moveable, sizeable composite frame (1x1,2x2,2x3,etc..) over the image and crop the image to the frame size. 3) Allows you to (...) There are actually several kinds; some are for good luck and some are for money; the kanji on the coin the cat is holding and which arm is raised (...)
