Congrats on the house! I've built a few town things for the BayLTC layout, but
I've had trouble getting a sculpture idea to take form. I recently acquired a
big tub of used miscellaneous LEGO, mostly basic bricks, and that was what got
me going on this project. I do miss the days of the 3033 tub... the new tubs
just aren't as useful, and my LEGO acquisition budget isn't what it once was
either...

We've pretty much exhausted my fluency in Japanese by this point. My wife is
halfway to being fluent but I just know a few things she's taught me...

Interesting... That could be done, but I've never seen that in real life. But
then, I only am familiar with the ones on display in sushi bars and the like...

That's cool. One of the other students in my wife's Japanese class has a
boyfriend who is a LEGO sculptor. Apparently he built a model of Eric Cartman
from South Park. But he hasn't posted it on the web and I have yet to meet
him. I'm hoping to drag him to LUGNET as soon as ever I can...
