Isn’t that inside information of TLG? Where did you find this information? I
contacted TLG about it, but never got an answer...

LOL, this is available at a dozen well-known LEGO websites including Peeron.
Now you can add those RGBs to your ‘program’.
It seems silly to me to create a LEGO mosaic... using colors that are far from
the colors of the corresponding LEGO colors. Seems you’re laying down a
challenge so I took a few minutes to create this:
1. Original
2. Grayscale using four of the exact colors you specified (I would have used
the five LEGO grayscale colors to get the best image possible.) 3. Color image
only using only the exact RGB colors you specified.
Since we “really want to compare techniques”. :)
I’ve created some new giant mosaics. I’m taking a break from
lugnet.build.mosaics for a couple months to build one. I’ll be back when I have
something to brag about. :)

| (...) Every website uses different RGB-values (I did too). So which one is EXACT? (Have you read the post on the HP night bus? Many shades of the same colour...) Example: Red (196,40,27) on (URL) (196,40,27) on (URL) (223,0,50) on (URL) (189,56,38) (...) (20 years ago, 12-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)
