Re: New to LUGNET- My Brickshelf

(...) I dont suppose you could point us to which folders have something in them. I clicked three folders and they were all empty. Generally speaking, it is better to point your audience to a specific creation(s), rather than to your entire gallery. (...)   New to LUGNET- My Brickshelf

Hello, I'm new to LUGNET. I've had an account at Brickshelf and MOCpages for a while now, though. Check out my gallery, hope you like it! It's mostly .space and military. (URL) Matthew (20 years ago, 31-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.loc.us.tx.aus)

Re: New MOC: M2911 Plasma Pistol

Thanks man. Have you done anything with the whole Space-Amish thing yet? I haven't picked that idea up and really worked on it yet, but I figured you might have. Soren (20 years ago, 25-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military)

  Sonar question

Can sonar "see" around objects? Can it detect, for example, a sub hiding on the other side of a reef or similar underwater obstacle? Here's why I'm asking: The kitchenette in my office is around the corner and down a hall, so I can't see when (...) There's nothing like a visit to a maritime museum to inspire some building, the .pirate stuff will take longer to realise, but this little vessel came together quite quickly. You may remember my earlier 20th century naval vessels of the (URL) (...) (20 years ago, 11-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Re: PCS-L.A.S.E.R.

I'm cross-posting this to military now, as I forgot to do so with my original post. (...) JP, thank you as always for your comments. Yes, the hovertanks do make quite a pair, the JE tank looked quite lonely before. These two will soon be joined (...) (20 years ago, 9-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Concept model : tank

(...) Looks fine - like a futuristic scout vehicle. The suspension is interesting. Does it have 4 whell steering? (4x4x4) What kind of weapons is it packing? Christian (20 years ago, 1-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.military)

  shinji-o gallery

Shinji-o, I just came across these very nice postings of a PanzerkampfwagenIV, 60cm Moerser Karl Geraet040 and a Duece and a half. Not since Shaun Sullivan's gallery have I seen such nice German WW2 modeling in the brick. PzKpfw-IV-Munitiontraeger (...) (20 years ago, 14-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: A taste of the east, or, the Korean Lugnet

(...) If you could help folks decipher some of those that would be swell. I was not able to find pics in my stabs at navigating those sites but I may have went the wrong way from the front pages, I dunno. (...) I think if you look at the entire (...)   Re: A taste of the east, or, the Korean Lugnet

(...) This discussion was not about Oxford. The other links lead to some cool Mecha and Space builds, as well as some discussion about those. There were some building techniques that Spacers and Mechas might like to take a look at. After all, that (...) (20 years ago, 5-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.military)

I suspect the previous poster wasn't very serious when he suggested that maybe Oxford is a secret branch (...) (20 years ago, 5-Sep-04, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: A taste of the east, or, the Korean Lugnet

(...) The sad thing is that a lot of those sets look better than what we can find on the US market. I wouldn't be surprised if Oxfordbrick were really a subsidiary of Lego, this would allow them to release military-style sets without drastically (...)   A taste of the east, or, the Korean Lugnet

(2 URLs) These two links go to <www.brickplanet.com>, a Korean version of Lugnet or Peeron or something like that. There is not too much .space or .mecha material there, but there is that stuff there. There is a ton of Military stuff, such as: (URL) (...)   Re: AFV building spree

(...) I really like Bryce's approach to the undercarriage for these models. While I'm in awe of Daniel Siskind's Panther, I fear a good portion of the assembly cost is the undercarriage.   B.I.JOE Moc : Cobra C.L.A.W.

Trailing in the jet exhaust of Gil's Skyhawk comes the Cobra C.L.A.W. (URL) I too threw it under the .space tag cause it does have a bit of a spacey feel to it. Enjoy B.I.Jamie (20 years ago, 27-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)
