Hi Magnus- I like this vehicle a lot. You definately captured the look and feel of typical IFV's. There's some nice work with hinges and such to create the angled armor panels, and the turret is well done, too. (I like the rocket launcher (...) (21 years ago, 18-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Hej Tobbe Well, I went to the sale and there were about 50 Blockade Runners on that day which was half way through the week of the sale. Hi John-Paul Sorry, no Star Wars. We can but dream of buckets full of stormtroopers, eh! Orient Expedition is also too new I think, but I am sure they will turn up before Star Wars minifigs make an appearance. They have selected old adventurers and (...) Hi! Here's a pic of a Mechanised Infantry Combat Vehicle that I built. (URL) MICV, as far as I understand is basically an APC with enough fighting capability for it to take active part in battle, along side infantry and heavier armour, whereas an (...) My tank for the 2025 Theme is nearly complete. Just need some more side armor plating and etc. Here you can see a People's Guard soldier (guy with armor) and the Tank Commander and Gunner on standing next to the tank. Thanks Mattias. I will post a picture of the technique I used for getting the wing angle, it involves using a hinge underneath the wing, and a different type of hinge on top. Hej Tobbe The Gripen sounds like a challenge! And of course the ISD is a major investment. I once borrowed a series of detailed technical drawings of Swedish military planes from the library, can't remember the author but they had a yellow cover. (...) The new "pick and mix" bricks store they have in Legoland, Denmark, is currently stocked with buckets full of first generation Alpha Team and Life on Mars minifigs among others (e.g. Western (...)
