Hej Tobbe
The Gripen sounds like a challenge! And of course the ISD is a major
investment. I once borrowed a series of detailed technical drawings of Swedish
military planes from the library, can't remember the author but they had a
yellow cover. They were really informative and useful for LEGO models.
As for the ISD I intend to play the "wait and hope" game, imagining the price
will fall over time. It has worked with the other UCS sets. I'll have to wait
a while longer for this one though.
As for my projects, I am still playing around with minfig scale helicopters. I
go more for overall looks than accurate scale, due to poor math more than
anything! But the Blackhawk/Pavehawk I have been working on for a while now is
coming along slowly but surely. I really want to build a carrier, minifig
scale. But then I am waiting on that ISD!!!
Well, good to hear from you. Happy building. Cool website by the way.
Chris
