I actually like it too.  Horror of horrors!  :)

The more I look at the new elements, the more I like them. The new arms look
really interesting, and also have Technic pegs on the joint ends. Other parts
look like they have "potential" too.

Those new arms are spiffy.  I expecially like that canopy--that's
a beautiful thing, really, and I'm delighted it's available in
smoke.  How much did that set cost?

Oh, and Borislav, why diss the designers so harshly? Honestly, I think they are
just as good at constructing models as the average builder. The reason why the
sets turn out like they do is a result of other factors IMHO. For example, TLG
might need to make the sets have a lower piece count, to lower the cost by a
small amount. Or they might want their set designers to incorporate new pieces
into the model. I really don't know the specific reasons, but I am sure they
exist.

I like the assortment; you get TWO of the exoframes, and a good chunk
of the new special parts.  I can see myself getting at least two of
these.  (The other big winner is the Ogel $20 sub, which I will also
   get several of!)

Time to head to TRU, I think.

   best
