  eva-00 is back!
 
a few of you asked for it, so i came through (if but a little tardy)! here's my eva-00 kai version with some poses! i also made a few changes. i deleted my original pics, but if you remember, you may have noticed that the shoulder panels were way (...) (20 years ago, 19-Jan-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Jason! First the "Wolverine" and now this. Wow, I'm so impressed! Well, what can I say about this lovely mecha. I mean, it's probably one of, if not T H E best LEGO representations of an EVA. (blushing) (...) thanks for the compliment! first of all, i've got to give propers to everyone who have made an evangelion out of lego. it is one of the single hardest forms to emulate. my goal was to create the best lego (...) I have to say this is an awesome EVA unit, you have been able to truly bend the Lego brick to your will! I would have replied to this earlier, but my posting privileges had been revoked. It might have something to do with the fact that I haven't (...) (20 years ago, 13-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) thanks! though my design is far from perfect, i am very pleased with it nonetheless. I would have replied to this earlier, but my (...) they also rotate on the x-axis, just like the bandai 1/100th scale version. pics don't show it, though. (...)
