Thanks Pat! I told you guys that the rest would be kinda crappy, oh well... BTW the jaws can completely close, this is done by off-setting by half a stud, and then off-setting them 1/5 a stud, download the .dat to see what I'm talking about! (...) (...) Pretty sweet Mladen! Very monstor-ish. I like the use of a short and long antennae next to each other. It has been a feature of some models that I really liked and I also use it myself. well said patrick. it seems strange to me that someone would get THAT upset about a "crime" that hasn't evn been committed, especilly when you consider that the whole mech (oops, excuse me i mean MECHA) thing is "borrowed" from or influenced by (...) Designing models with LEGO and sharing them is lot like the entertainment industry; there is no theft it is just influence or people making tributes to a source of inspiration. (...) This _really_ doesn't apply. Copyright covers published works -- you certainly have copyright over the image you posted to brickshelf, but that's all. i'd have to agree with mladen on this one- the whole point of lego is creativity. i'd take the same approach i do with TLC models- build a copy first to familiarize yourself with any new pieces and their useage, then proceed to invent your own uses. Mark- one word: STOKED! i've always dug your stuff (the Maddog especially), but the VTOL Dropship is magnificent- all the things i personally strive for in building- clean, detailed but not overly "tekkie", functional, structural, and the (...) I would reconsider if he was the only person to ask me, but I get 10 e-mails each day from people asking me how they love my designs and want to use them in their own. thanks! i was going for the whole "docking bay" look- note the "markings on walls and floor- hopefully i'll have my site going pretty soon, with in-depth info on all the mechs, some spacecraft, some dioramas, the whole shpeel. it's too bad the pic (...) Hi Everyone! Yeah, I know it's two updates in a week. That's not as much because of me building like a superfreak (ok well, maybe a little) but because my camera batteries died on me after shooting the Spaceplane, so I couldn't finish my pics. So, (...)
