Re: new Mecha HSM-015C Colossus Cannon type

(...) Cool stuff John! Like Mladen, I thought Gundam when I saw it. Very Zaku-esque. I really like the legs, and that gun is cool too. -Chris (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Maelstrom light mecha

(...) I wouldn't go that far. :-) But thanks. (...) Yeah, I saw that...I like it. Cool poseability, especially in the back. Definitely one of the hardest places to articulate. I came up with an interesting spinal column idea that I'll have to take (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: My First Mech

Nice Job, Wayne! It's got all the basic requirements of a 'mech'-thin legs, big feet, joints and guns. As basic as it is, that seems to be a great starting point for something larger in the future. As much as I like the ears, I'm not sure they fit (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)

Re: New MOC: Maelstrom light mecha

(...) I love the little mecha that are so small that you have to have the minifigs head inside the mecha's head. (unfortunally I have yet to successfully build one myself) I really like the porpotions and massing of this, it makes it look bigger (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: new Mecha HSM-015C Colossus Cannon type

I like it, John! ;-) It has a very Gundam-inspired design (reminded me of a Zaku actually). It's cool how all your mecha retain similar design features. Your choice of colours was good too. I like the weapons too, however I think back-mounted cannon (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: My First Mech

I think it's pretty cool, infact I would encourage you to make more. I like the main cabin or upper part of the Mech. Hey make sure your Mech wins in the game! Uphold the honor of the Mech group! We shall send re-inforcements!...ok getting carried (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)

Ahhh, I'm not a good friend! I didn't see this one! Hmmmm, clean, neat, kinda small, but not that small.... Yes indeed a new addition to the Snowleopard Clan! Good deal. (...) Ahhh- I'd like to see some pictures of it in action, I looove brikwars write-ups with pictures. You are taking pictures, right? >as a fast recon mech. (...)   My First Mech

I know it's not anything spectacular, but it's my first attempt at making anything mech. I built it for an upcoming BrikWar game as a fast recon mech. I think I'm justifying the "ears" as heat foils to help bleed off the access energy it generates (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)
