Hey, I spotted this on Brickshelf earlier. Nice mech! I like the shape, and very tricky joint work. It looks like it packs the details of a very large machine into a smaller package. (...) wierd angles of bricks is downright awesome (I love the wedge plates on the chest!) It looks sleek, but not so sleek that it couldn't be a grungy weapon of war. Cool model. When i saw the first thumbnail I thought that was an actual reference pic of the true ed-209! My only beef is with the connection of the arms to the torso, it seems like you could add some bricks or plates to make it seem beefier, rather (...) (20 years ago, 30-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)
