Hello, and thank you Bob, I appreciate that, I am very proud of this one.

what part is the ball joint youve used on the feet? im interested in...
um... borrowing the idea for my first mecha, just need to stock up on
the bits before i start :)

That is the Ball Socket Gun Pod found in the Star Wars AT-TE:
You can also get them in the Genosian Fighter:
They are tricky to use. Mostly because they are not ment to be used as joints
that hold very much weight (but thats up to the builder).
Heres a Tip:
Use this part to begin a connection point:
I found that this is the best way of attaching the part to more parts. (lol)
Because the Ball Socket Gun Pod is used in the feet of Mr. Krinkle, they always
have weight pressing down on them and they work well. I cant speak well in
using them in other joint locations. Although you may try, (its up to the
builder to decide if they work best for you).
I also used them in an experiment to see if they could be made useful in Mecha
Design. It was called the Dancing Sun:
The Hip joints featured this parts and it looked like the Mecha was in
traction! It took a fair bit of convincing to get the joints to work. I was
very cool, it just looked like a mess.
Good Luck, let us know how it works out.
