Maybe a group of 3 or so could come up with a set of rules. I'd be willing
to help out here. I'd also be happy to do the contest page. If so, I'd
host it here on Lugnet and use Brickshelf for images.
And in 5 or so years when we get around to Ice Planet, I'll be happy to run
the voting. Trans-neon-peach glass? UGH! What were they thinking?! I'll
take clear beer or dark blue glass, thank you very much. (Sorry, I couldn't
resist a little dig there!)

Not so convenient here... although Lego bills only come in $100 increments,
they weren't around in the Blacktron era.
