Almost all the votes are in, but I still haven't received ballots from the

Three of the five final ballots have come in, and the remaining two have
passed any reasonable deadline.
All the votes are now tallied, the winners in each category are known, and
I've just sent an e-mail to the two auditors summarzing the results. When
they've had a chance to review the results, we can announce the winners.

Is one of those people who didn't vote Mark Sandlin? I haven't seen any
posts form him in a while, and he isn't responding to e-mail. Does anyone
living in the same area as Mark know what happened?
