Indeed I do enjoy Nathan!  What is the internal structure like?  The guys at
LLW said when they are doing buildings they put 2x bricks as bracing roughly
every 10 studs, have you done something similar?  If so I bet they aren't
tan as you appear to have used most of the tan bricks ever produced!!

(...) I'm glad you like it. To answer your question: Since the most common tan piece seems to be the 2x4 brick, most of the exterior structure is made up of such brick. The walls, and so forth, are all 2x wide. The statue, however, is kind of heavy (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

I decided it was time to add a pedestal to the Statue of Liberty set #3450. My results can be found here: (URL) also revised the torch by building it with clear bricks and then wiring it to light up. The wires run up the middle of the statue and (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch) !!
