Hello all, I hope this post is okay to go here. I came across what has to be one of my favorites builds a while back, and I can't seem to find it now. I have finally finished something ;) Page 1: (URL) Page 2: (URL) 3: (URL) I saw the brochure for the house, I wanted to see what it would look like and also in LEGO ;) I loved the idea of so much surrounding water and the spaciousness of the house. Jeff: Wonderful little grill. Very inventive use of the white fence piece as the grate. Other great details are the hood using two low slope corner pieces and your use of four 1x2 dark gray tiles on each side to make it look like a tiled countertop. (...) (...) many thanks for the vote of confidence, but i'm afraid it would be impossible. except for a few store mocs for our layouts, all other mocs are destroyed to make way for the latest. sadly, i have neither enough bricks nor space to "house" them (...) Another masterpeice, as to be expected! Details I like from a first glance: The (URL) floor>, simple but effective. The (URL) pantile roof> I think this works well, possibly a bit overscale but the 'Lego eye' assimilates it OK. BTW have you seen (...) (19 years ago, 9-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

another hillside moc in the italian countryside, this villa represents building through the ages. the varied roof lines *might* bring to mind various outbuildings that were brought together under one roof, so to speak. this roof design was inspired (...)   World Trade Center Revisited
 
This is version 2 of my WTC microfig model that I rebuilt in November 2003. As with all my previous micro skyscraper "rebuilds", the emphasis has been on improving and expanding the levels of details - particularly at street level. This proved to be (...) these are the last of my mocs to be posted from parlugment's show during ottawa's winter celebration, winterlude. the group exhibited in a tent on the frozen rideau canal in the heart of downtown ottawa during the first weekend of february. check (...) Mitch, your detailing keeps getting better and better. Great looking building from the outside, but it's the inside that captures my heart.
