Hi Paul! Thanks for your kind words! I've actually had several arguments about the color scheme on this kit, both before and after it's release, and I'm glad I have someone on my side here! I got mine yesterday, knew I was going to be very happy, right from seeing the beautiful box art (was expecting the half-disappointing black & white/gray "legends" style). Status of the church... Construction was completed Jan 8. I'm currently photographing it whenever I have a sunny day that happens to land on a weekend. I've added a new building to my town layout. Its modeled after the now demolished Academy of Music in Kalamazoo Michigan. The original was designed by Louis Sullivan himself and opened in 1883. (...) funny, i thought cornice as well, but I haven't purchased any of those parts or sets to try it out. looks excellent, i'll definiately try that if i get the chance someday. somebody, should set up an ftx page (off of build.arch?) to showcase (...) Hello, When I first saw the new brown part in the Ewok Attack set on the back of the Speederbike, I immediately thought 'cornice'.
