Thanks, transparency film is so expensive, every bit of information before I
try it should save me money. I think the key is to keep it as simple as
possible. Photoshop with Kai's Power Tools (maybe Alien Skin filters, can't
remember exactly) had a filter that would convert an image into a
psuedostained glass image that looked wonderful. The stained glass was made
up of simple polygons seperated by a thin strip. You could set the
grainularity that dictated the average size of the polygons and the color of
the seperation between the polygons. I think if you set the polygon size to
about 1/8 of an inch and adjusted it to use simple primary colors, maybe 16
colors, it should turn out good. Also, you have to set the image to be
fairly bright so that plenty of light gets through.

| (...) I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to see copies of this when you are finished. I've got Photoshop at work and at home as well, as well as Kai's, so if you do document the process you go through to get it "just right" I could try it (...) (26 years ago, 1-Oct-98, to lugnet.build)
