Thanks.  I'd say the model is fairly strong.  The only weak point is
where the front, red part is connected to the blue bent beams, it flexes
slighly at this point, but probably not any more than it would if I
connected traditional beams in the traditional way, ie. using friction
pins.

The only studded bricks used, the 2x1 beams and 2x1 plates at each side
are intended to strengthen this weak point, and it works very well.

I took my inspiration from the line of microtechnic sets when I made the
model.  They're all composed using almost exclusively new style technic
pieces.  They're highly recommended if you can get them and are into
technic.
