Actually, no. The crucial difference between the old and the new pneumatics
system is that the old one used both pressure and suction, so needed valves
to let the suction power go one way and the pressure power the other way.
The new system only uses pressure.
Side note: I use the *old* style pump with the Aquazone suction caps, so I
can remotely grab some piece with air suction. Great gadget to combine with
Mind Storms.
