(...) LOL! I love it. The absurdity of it all makes it priceless. Please keep building and making us smile. Scooter DML6@po.cwru.edu (URL) (21 years ago, 26-Oct-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) Just dying laughing here. Lots to like in this one. The SNOT side windows are always a good touch, and the tilt out stop sign is also classic. My only quibble would be with the back end, the use of the rounded slopes on the very back partly (...) (21 years ago, 26-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Absolutely beautiful Trav....truly ingenious. -G (21 years ago, 27-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
  Re: Short Hover Bus MOC

(...) Travis, great work. All it needs is a minifig licking the window and its all set to go! Beautiful SNOT work. Captures the essence of the short bus with a definitive space flair. Lovin' it man. Captain Krotzer, The Unknown Division (URL) (21 years ago, 27-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Travis, A political grey-area MOC (that's a compliment from me to you), but an excellent translation from the modern phenomenon. Great work on the windows, and capturing the basic 'bluebird' shape, but updated for the 23rd 1/2 century. Keep it (...) (21 years ago, 27-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
  Re: Short Hover Bus MOC

Travis, Outstanding MOC. I like the design on both this and the ambulence, but somehow the color scheme, the little stopsign, and the whole concept work out best in this one. You just need Timmy standing at the bus stop waiting to board to complete (...) (21 years ago, 27-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
  Re: Short Hover Bus MOC

Great looking MOC! There is just no end to the possibilities from those new slopey, slanty, bricks. You have captured the look and feel of a bus and speeder really well. What's great about this is the idea of adding all sorts of municipal buildings (...) (21 years ago, 27-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
  Re: Short Hover Bus MOC

(...) That's just terrific, Travis! You've really managed to capture the classic utilitarian bus feel in a classy studless look. Great job, I admire a good utilitarian MOC and this one rules. Just wondering, you make great stuff, but I always wonder (...) (21 years ago, 28-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
Re: Short Hover Bus MOC - Paper or Plastic?

Great stuff - I'm particularly fascinated by your inclusion of a sketch along with your MOC - forgive me for being clueless, but is this common? If yes, can you point me to some particularly interesting ones? Or are there too many to list? I often (...) (21 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Are there any "special" minifigs to go with it? (21 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
RENDER Re: Short Hover Bus MOC

Its ok and finished alot faster than I expected, (URL) files i used to make the rendering are locaated at the following URL: POST MOD (URL) you all enjoy it... to (...)
