Well done! Nice details! Keep up the good work. I really like
those 'small' models (small, because mine are much bigger as
you know).

Thanks!  Getting praise from all the other great truck builders out
there means a lot to me.  By my calculations, the Cherokee is about
1:15-1:16 scale.  My Diablo is about 1:14-1:15, my 12 wides are about
1:20, and the 8 wides are about 1:25-1:30.

I want to build a 1:13 scale Opel Corsa for my DAF 95XF
ballast trailer truck. The car is used to drive home when a
large crane is on a work for a few days. One problem: I'm not
into cars. I'll see. If I haven't got the car, it won't be a
problem. The truck is almost ready. I will post a message
when it's updated.

1:13 is pretty big!  IMO, cars tend to have a lot of interesting shapes
and surfaces that can be quite a challenge.  Give it a shot!  Conveying
the round edges of the Corsa could be quite difficult, but it has some
distinctive features (like the rear wheels) that would make it easy to
recognize.

(...) *whips out the trusty tape measure* It's actually just under 1:15 (1:14.88) according to my length measurements, though it's a little too wide and a little tall for its length (but we won't worry about that now, will we?) Adrian (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.build)
