So without further delay, check it out for yourself at

available under "what's new" at www.pnltc.org.

Amazing!  Even my NLSO approved.  I do have a question for you, Matt.  How
do you transport such a monstrosity?

When my uncle's pickup truck came up for sale I bought it with transporting
the roller coaster in the back of my mind. :)  That is the first key element
- a canopy covered full size pickup bed.  Inside there is a carpeted bed
liner with benches built along the the sides.

The roller coaster table breaks in to 3 PNLTC standard tables (well,
actually 2 standard and one 1/2 width table.  The standard is 6 baseplates
by 3 baseplates, which works out to about 60 inches by 30 inches.  The
tables fit sideways in the truck on top of the side benches, and are narrow
enough to fit out of a house door.

All of the tall components break down into big chunks and can either be
stored on top of the tables or under them in the truck.  The baseplates and
shorter stuff I leave on the tables.  I have to be sure they are kept level
because I am not currently using anything to keep things from sliding off.

The tables have fold down legs, so while 2 people hold a table a third
person can fold the legs down.  At the show we actually just placed my
tables on top of 3 other PNLTC standard tables that we set up ahead of time.
This was easier to work and gave a more stable platform.  The tables all
bolt together of course.

Is is now 10 days since I got back from the show and the roller coaster is
still in the back of the truck in pieces.  But Lisa says I can have my
basement roller coaster corner back, so hopefully this weekend I will be
moving it back inside and setting it up again.

-Matt :)
