Nope. Downloaded all of the LUGNET groups I subscribe to with Outlook Express and read them offline. I can't imagine trying to get a Nokia Communicator to read news. Mike Jasper Janssen wrote in message <36f836b2.41460522@l...et.com>... (...) (26 years ago, 11-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

Single motor turn & drive wheel

I put pictures of a very simple mechanism on my site, which enables a robot to turn & move around with a single motor control. I'm pretty sure this is similar to the front wheel drive on the R2-D2 droid model. (URL) Asking Directions from menu and (...) (26 years ago, 11-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: building problems

(...) Very cool. Stone Fort has a very nice design appeal. I enjoyed seeing Imbruglio's again. The cathedrals were nice bits of eye-candy. Even the small cathedral is enjoyable in its simplicity. Nice work indeed. (I even enjoyed the bananas on the (...) (26 years ago, 11-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Searching Instruction for 374 and a train from 1971

Which 374 set are you looking for? there are two, and to confuse the issue both are Fire stuff. There is a fire engine from 1971 and a fire station from 1978, If you are after the fire station instructions then I think I have them at home, they'll (...) (26 years ago, 11-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) is (URL) you're looking for? It wasn't up on Pause, so I just added it. I don't find it in 1971 brochures, but did spot it in the German 1973 brochure. (...) 1x1 Round Plates first appeared in 1980, quite a bit before 1990. 1990 is about the time that they started to be separated from sprues, though. Originally, they all came on sprues. The first use of them was as headlights for Trains. They were (...) (26 years ago, 10-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)
