  Re: MOC Microfig Space Carrier

Mark, Awesome work on that Carrier! Very lean and mean. I really like the deatils on the bridge. You were undoubtably influenced by the big KEN as we all were. Anyway, your work continues to improve. Is this you first attempt at a big microfig ship? (...) (24 years ago, 13-Nov-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

ARRRRGH!!! (Was: Re: Classic Contest Entries)

So tonight I pulled out my big box of LEGO from my wee days. Most of my collection was classic space, and I probably have about 50% of the sets from '78 to '83 say. So I figured I should have no problem coming up with some entries that are made (...) (24 years ago, 12-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

Very cool! I love all the modular designs people are coming up with! I tend to build modular stuff and then only build 2 modules so there is no point for that vehicle to modular.. Oh well... --Kyle www.hvl.cjb.net (...) (24 years ago, 12-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

Here's my latest Classic Space Design Contest Entry: Its profile may look very familiar to some of you. My favorite classic space set heavily influenced the design of this vehicle, but it does stand on its own as a unique vehicle, I think.
