  Re: Transformable Fighter G2

(...) Oops! [1] - Robotech term for a Veritech in a state between battroid and jet modes, with the arms out and lower leg sections down on the ground. (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.build)

  Transformable Fighter G2

I finially finished modeling everything movable of my transformable fighter. So far it has only been seen in jet mode, but now it can be seen in guardian [1] and mecha/robot mode, along with its sword! I have rendered a bunch of images today in (...)   New Mech: Soo-Naa-Mee

I just finished up my second and best mech I've ever built: (URL) decided to ditch the female mech with hair idea, so this is the heavily modified version of the mech I was talking about earlier. Please LMKWYT! Greg Majewski (URL) (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Star-Wars Themed Night Club

Yep - I actually have a lot of LEGO electronics (lights, motors, fiber-optics), but I haven't yet installed it in the city. Dave Johann <hardcoredj@techie.com> wrote in message news:FtsLxL.Du7@lugnet.com... (...) (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

Re: My temporary site is up

(...) Shiri, That is the one downfall of older webcams. I can view the room just fine, but focusing on anything less than a foot away will be blurry. Hopefully, I'll have a nice new cam soon, but this is four year old equipment I'm using (eyeball (...) (...) themes. I (...) UFO (...) thanks for the compliments! (...) Yep - I suppose that as I wrote the description, it evolved into something more like Dave & Busters. We have a Dave & Busters here in Irvine, CA (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

Re: My temporary site is up

(...) Great job, Dave! Those look good, put the pictures are quite blurry... does your camera have any manual-focus option? If so, I suggest using it- it's a fabulous function, and allows you to take close-up pics without the blurriness. hth, -Shiri (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.org.us.lugola, lugnet.loc.us.ca.la, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Hair for a Mech

(...) the center link, and now you've got two long "dreadlocks". I've done this on a mech I built a while ago, and it works fairly well. -Chris (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Hair for a Mech

(...) (can't remember who) use them on the head of a wasp to great effect. Good luck. (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Hair for a Mech

I've been experimenting with different mech shapes and I've decided that I am going to build a female mech. I have the head already built and I thought it would look a lot better with hair. I tried using hinges and 1xX plates, but the head is too (...) (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Star-Wars Themed Night Club

(...) That is great! It's a wonderful way to incorporate pieces from other themes. I really am liking the "Beat Up Jar-Jar" game aas well as how you used the UFO saucer section as a canopy. My only other comment is that it seems more like a Dave & (...) (25 years ago, 29-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

Suffren Page Update (Was: Re: MOC: Starship "Suffren" ...)

(...) The reactor's not even close to being started, but I do have an update up--I've "treed" the page out, I have a lot more photographs, and so forth. It's starting to *look* French!   Re: Star-Wars Themed Night Club

(...) to (...) 2nd (...) Thanks, LEGO City 1 actually just started out as a way to fill up half of an empty room, and I was actually more interested in having a train layout than any sort of town.   Re: Star-Wars Themed Night Club

(...) Exactly! At first (when your first town was up), I found it slightly weird to have a castle and a pirate ship in the middle of the town... but as your 2nd town materialized and grew, you made very clear-cut (and reasonable!) unrealistic (...)
