Robert, The US seems to have moved away from having lighter undersides on both planes and choppers (perhaps because so many missions are at night) but I've seen a number of Russian helicopters with lighter undersides. Don, The wheels or tracks effectively add 2 to 6 studs of width, so starting anything more than 8 wide is going to make for a unrealistically big tank. Thanks to all who replied to my questions. I have ordered lots of LEGO to build with. It will probably be next week before these come in and I can build. Hi again, Might as well post another chopper while I'm on a roll:) The Skystalker Stealth Gunship is the first aircraft I've built in a few years.
