  Kashyyyk Battle

Kashyyyk is a lush jungle planet where treetops serve as homes for the native Wookiees, a towering fur-covered species known to be ferocious warriors. The planet serves as a navigation gateway for the entire southwest quadrant of the galaxy, making (...) (19 years ago, 25-Jan-06, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !

  Re: Small town building reference

(...) Awesome! Another great link! Thank you very much for sharing! On a side note, I grew up in Pittsburgh, and walked through those streets; even went to a few of the businesses mentioned on this site when I moved back there for a short time after (...) Just finished reading Children of the Corn. Thought it needed a vignette: (URL) The whole corny gallery (with other assorted vignettes): (URL) Steve (19 years ago, 25-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.town, lugnet.western, lugnet.castle, lugnet.adventurers)

  iron mecha entry

Never built a robot before - but I think I did a pretty good job with this one. (URL) a lot of fun building this, so no matter what the contest results are, I have already won, so to speak. (19 years ago, 25-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Iron Mecha Official Entry

(...) That Red with the Dark Grey will never go out of style! Looks good. I like the way you did the feet. They are classic, yet nicely emulate the drawing. (19 years ago, 25-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: L-21 Mobile Multi-Role Platform (MMP)

(...) That's one of the techniques I picked up from Chris Snead. Unfortunately, that combo is still not strong enough to hold the guns up. Believe me, I tried it. :-) (URL) Mladen Pejic> (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: L-21 Mobile Multi-Role Platform (MMP)

snip (...) snip why not use the 3l axle with stud (with the stud part) sandwiched between two 1x2 technic bricks. very stiff and gives you a 2l worth of axle to attach to. Mark (19 years ago, 24-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Iron Mecha: Provost

(...) Will be interesting to se if anyone can beat this. Real nice. /Andréas (19 years ago, 24-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: L-21 Mobile Multi-Role Platform (MMP)

(...) Actually, sometimes the whole turret, including the 2x2 round brick, slips off the axle peg. So, I don't know if the 4x4 round brick would work any better. But it's a good suggestion nonetheless, and I regret not trying it out. The real (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: L-21 Mobile Multi-Role Platform (MMP)

(...) OK--I'd wondered if you were using the soft-plastic-rod stiffening technique in this somehow. Is there no way to use the 4x4 round brick, which also has a center axle groove? It might hold the guns better, though I don't know what effect it (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Odd brick SNOT

(...) In fact, each time TLC has produced a new part I've been amazed how the part fit well the System....how the part GEOMETRY fit well the System (I don't want to upset people about bleys). It's noticeably true when talking about SNOT parts. I'm (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.schleim)
