"Joseph Kazmo" <darkkazmo@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:Hw1GBu.CAI@lugnet.com... (...) You guys (...) Thanks dude. (...) Your site would have to be scary and sharp and pointy and stuff. That's supposed to be a complement but kind of came out (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: side bar

A bit of follow-up on this: Initially when I started adding postings to the sidebar, I was faced with a dilemma-do I update everytime a post is made or do I hold off and update a few at a time. I started out with the former method. Within a few (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: side bar

I try to update the sidebar on Sunday nights after I see weekend mecha postings. Obviously, that hasn't happened in the past month, so I started updating using the last update as a starting point and I move forward from there. Generally, I leave the (...)   Re: side bar

(...) Yeah, the sidebar is really never updated all the time, just usually alot is added occasionally. But if you look under new mecha, you can see your stuff there. I looked back in the archives and noticed several mecha of mine that i NEVER saw on (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: P-38 contest voting ideas

(...) Well, if you don't want the usual unorganized scramble of emails, a voting script would work fine. It wouldn't be hard to make- you'd just email us passwords, we'd log on to your site and cast our votes. Once they are recorded the script just (...)   Re: zemi.net

(...) Looking good! I really like the clean layout of the site and the nice graphics. Definently a winner web site. Appears to work well, too. The messed-up thumbs are kinda weird, though. The dimensions are fine on my site and I run a modified (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New sculptures: Santa Claus bust and Leprechaun

Hey, great job! I especially like the leprechaun! The form is great example of the quality of building that can be accomplished with just basic brick. The only suggestion I might make is the red cheeks on Santa stand out a bit too much. If you had (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

New MOC: Lifeline EMS vehicle (mit schleim:-)

There is a great new set out, (URL) 4857> that features an EMS vehicle with some wicked cool stickers bearing the acro FDLL, as the New York Fire Departments do (I thought it was so cool that I even printed some FDLL t-shirts, but more on those (...)   Momaw Nadon (Hammerhead) Star Wars Mini-Land Figure

With all the extra chocolate I've been eating recently (the Easter Bunny is always very good to me!), I was in a "brown" kind of mood. So, I thought I'd finally take a crack at Hammerhead. Since he didn't do very much in the Cantina scene, I wasn't (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !

  side bar

i know there have been a lot of complaints about the sidebar being updated...and here's one more: there have been many mecha that did not make the sidebar this last time (mine being one of them). i understand that you can fit only a few at a time, (...)   Re: Bow before Brayn!

(...) This is genious...a 'hat within a hat'. At first I didn't see the cap on top of the vehicle...when it clicked, I actually laughed out loud at my desk. Pure proof that concept is 50% or more of the successful MOC. Cheers, -Gil (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: zemi.net

(...) Nice layout. Great models. Just a few buts (IMO): The thumbs are distorted, looks like the height/width ratio got lost when the thumbs were created? They are also rather small, it's not easy to see if I really want to look closer on a model or (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: P-38 contest voting ideas

I think it would be wonderful if the entries were also posted on the fighters section of the Shipyard. I think the community should definitly be the one to decide.
