Re: more mocs - cliffhouse, museum

Hi Deborah,It was nice to see your MOC creation of the Cliff House it brought me back some nice memories of my last visit to San Francisco where I had a very romantic breakfast with my wife. Good job and congratulations ! Best regards. Gustavo (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: About a gate and a cross... oh and some new pictures of a temple

Hi, Casper. Wow, excellent construction on the temple and the gate. You did a particularly nice job with the temple roof. And everything is so smooth -- nary a stud point up. The interior shots are quite intriguing. Wish I could see them a little (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

  Re: Flettner FL282 Kolibri

(...) I absolutely LOVE this MOC, instantly recognized it. Hope to see more in the same style, perhaps a complete diorama? Keep on brickin' ! (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Mark V Tank

(...) That's a nice little tank. I think it's missing a little something on the top and sides though, it seems just a little plain. A chain or a couple of grills or shovels or something would really spice it up a bit. As for your images, might I (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: first posting, italian hillside villa

(...) Hello Deborah, Great design, I love the landscape, curved wall, roof etc. But what I prefer the most is your patio table! A great way to recycle broken trees or after a dog or a kid shewed on the tree! The effect is great for outside furniture (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: more mocs - cliffhouse, museum

(...) Deborah, I really like your work. There's a nice organic component to it that you rarely see in MOCs. You also have a great way of making interesting terrain for the building to be built on. Thanks, George (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Mark V Tank

(...) That is lovely. You need to add Indiana Jones chasing it on a horse though! It's also given me an idea of how to do something very silly, whenever I can get round to it. Jason Railton (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: Casting Satan and Jesus for The Brick Testament

(...) I think the Quirrel head looks best, but black hair seems a bit too "Snidely Whiplash" evil. Dark-red looks a lot more sinister, and the body might look better in dark-red as well. (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

Re: Casting Satan and Jesus for The Brick Testament

Just adding my $.02. I have a personal preference for Satan #8, mostly because he looks a lot like me. Don't get me wrong, the one you picked works, but I like #8 better :). This is starting to get really creepy. First the guy in The Law (the main (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: more mocs - cliffhouse, museum

(...) Very nice house. I rather like the way you've made the waterfall using both solid blue pieces & trans-blue pieces. One other thing that's interesting to is how you made the spiral staircase. I've created spiral stairs too, but never thought of (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Casting Satan and Jesus for The Brick Testament

(...) I'm happy with the choice of Satan, altho I prefer a larger, more beastial depiction. Perhaps I can suggest using different versions of Satan to depict the different ways that Satan acts. My reading of the Bible has suggested that perhaps (...) (21 years ago, 7-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)
