  High Hopes

Quite a while back someone posted an extremely cool ant-like MOC with an abdomen based on the faceted corners (such as those used in the Adventurer's balloon). I've searched to no avail, and I was hoping someone might have some idea of what I'm (...) (21 years ago, 27-Aug-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: News from Switzerland - Major Site Update

(...) Well Todd, That cost a lot of money. Anyway, I still have five models in tact and I can build a 6th one if I want. Beat used thousand of pieces so if he has to build something new, he has to break off the machinery unfortunately.   New MOC: "Paveway" Missile Boat

(URL) Click on Image This MOC was greatly inspired by the Gunstar (Mark Sandlin did a wicked model of it a while back, I was *so* jealous :-D) from the movie "The Last Starfighter". (...) Anthony- I really like your stuff in general. I'm a big fan of the technical/background info that you provide. The seawall, though, is in a class by itself for its originality.   Re: News from Switzerland - Major Site Update

How could you destroy a work of art like this Beat? It's like restoring a 1969 RS Camaro and then stripping it down to restore a 1969 Z-28 Camaro. I'm sure the Lego parts must have cost a small fortune to build such a huge sculpture. I really wish (...) (21 years ago, 27-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Its all about the Chili - Canine Mecha

Ha, Imagine, Chili's Power Depots are spread around all over, and when he needs a charge up he visits a techno-service pseudo fire hydrant. Funny. Thanks I enjoyed making the deets (...)
