  Re: LEGO Queen Amidala

This is cool. One photo with an adult human next to it would be helpful, just so the scale of the model sinks in. -- dave (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)

Re: Cramped city with a train and a monorail running through it soon. Need some help on how to do this.

(...) This weekend I may get them up on my AOL account which may not have the bandwidth problems. I will also try and reduce the file sizes. (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build, lugnet.trains)

  Re: LEGO Queen Amidala

Henry, That is quite impressive. I can imagine how heavy it must be as my Alice model was quite weighty and only 4 feet tall. Maybe one day we'll be able to pose my LEGO R2D2 next to your Queen... quite a LEGO-moment it would be. Good work, eric (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)

  Re: Microfigure wheeled vehicles

(...) Ah, but that would make the trailer a semi-trailer! ;-) (...) Yes, I've seen it before, and it is a nice one with good attention to details. I think perhaps that the 1x1 trans plates as headlights are a bit too large for a 4 stud wide vehicle. (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: LEGO Queen Amidala

Eric Harshbarger (sorry if I mispelled your name) finally met someone his caliber. I showed Amidala to my non-LEGO significant other, and she said: "Wow! I'm impressed!" I'm having trouble typing cause my jaw is still on the floor ;-) Beautiful work (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)

  Re: Animals in 2000

(...) Um, that first part seems a little strange. :) Anyway... hmm... space town minus the air tanks? You mean just a futuristic town (Town:2070)? Sounds like an intresting idea... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=...=-=-=-=-=- jmbrown@mines.edu (URL) (25 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

(...) Well, I'm not Jason, but the new lego animals are starting to give me a reason to combine my two favourite themes, Town and Space and making a space town, minus all those air tanks. Kya (25 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)
